Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Schertz, Texas. The position is part-time with opportunities for full-time advancement as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
