Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Rialto, California. These part-time roles offer a significant opportunity to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand. Successful candidates will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies and be involved in implementing treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, preference for Bachelor's in relevant fields.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and travel locally if necessary.
• Prior experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data.
