Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants in Pearl City, Hawaii. This part-time position allows for growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand. You'll work closely with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
