Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant roles in Parsons, Tennessee. These part-time positions offer the chance to transition into full-time work as caseloads grow. Responsibilities include working directly with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in a related field is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and actively engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
