Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is offering part-time positions for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Old Hickory, TN. These roles provide the opportunity to work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies and to grow into full-time positions as caseloads increase.

Successful candidates will receive the requisite support, including complimentary RBT training and a career growth pathway to advance from Assistant to Registered Behavior Technician.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation for local travel if necessary.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
