Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles in Olathe, Kansas. The position provides opportunities to grow into full-time as cases expand.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism and working under BCBA supervision. Applicants should hold a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable. Strong engagement skills and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; relevant Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and team meetings.

Skills

Ability to actively engage clients during sessions

Experience in ABA therapy

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus
