Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Naperville, Illinois. Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's in related fields preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Ability to engage clients, lifting requirements are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
