Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in relevant field preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients and handle physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
