Qualifications

• High school diploma is essential, but a bachelor's in psychology or education is preferable.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally when required.
• Ability to engage effectively with clients during sessions, including the physical capability to assist clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
