Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Methuen, MA. Part-time positions have the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Education

High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education a plus)
