Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in McAlester, Oklahoma. These part-time roles allow for career advancement into full-time positions as caseloads grow.

Successful candidates will work one-on-one with children using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans while collecting data to track progress. Reliable transportation, engagement skills, and a high school diploma are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required.
• Reliable transportation and local travel willingness.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
