Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role offers part-time positions with growth potential into full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working directly with children with autism using ABA techniques, implementing treatment plans, and communicating with families. Applicants should have a high school diploma, be reliable, and able to engage clients physically and actively.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage with clients actively.
• Experience in ABA therapy or education-related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
