Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Lawton, Oklahoma is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Roles are part-time with opportunities to transition to full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individual treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
