Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Lyons, Georgia. The positions are part-time with the potential to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Your main responsibilities will include working one-on-one with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and collecting data to track progress. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits for those working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• All roles subject to local and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
