Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Lyons, Georgia. As a Behavior Assistant, you will work with children with autism to implement individualized treatment plans and track progress. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related fields preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans and collect data on client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families to ensure client success.
