Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Loxahatchee Groves, Florida. Part-time positions available with potential for full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
