Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Loxahatchee Groves, Florida. The roles offer part-time positions with a pathway to full-time as caseloads increase, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay, including quarterly bonuses.

Ideal candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing treatment plans under supervision while having the opportunity for professional growth through RBT training. Reliable transport is essential, and experience in related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally is necessary.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as trained by BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress using PBS tools.
