Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Loganville, Georgia. These part-time positions offer a pathway to full-time as caseloads increase. You will work closely with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing treatment plans and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is beneficial.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel locally if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
