Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Kingsport, TN. The part-time positions offer a pathway to full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• All roles subject to local and state requirements related to licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
