Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is searching for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Kingsport, TN. These part-time roles offer the chance to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working with children with autism, implementing treatment plans under supervision, and tracking client progress. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s in a relevant field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are necessary.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
