Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. These part-time positions offer the chance to grow into full-time as caseloads increase.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies and implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, and a comprehensive benefits package for those working 30+ hours a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology or Education.
• Must have reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage actively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress effectively.

Skills

Ability to actively engage clients

Reliable transportation

Experience in ABA therapy

Education
