Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Johnstown, PA. This part-time role allows for growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's preferred for certain roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage actively with children.
• Reliable transportation to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and team meetings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans directed by a BCBA.
