Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Jasper, Florida. Responsibilities include working closely with children on the autism spectrum using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement and track individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams on client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Education
