Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Hopatcong, NJ. These part-time roles offer a path to full-time work as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working directly with children with autism and implementing treatment plans.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally.
• Candidate should be able to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under a BCBA's supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare or education experience

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Engagement skills with clients

Education
