Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Freehold, New Jersey. These part-time positions offer an opportunity to transition into full-time roles as case loads expand.

The ideal candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing individualized ABA therapy plans and tracking client progress. Comprehensive training and competitive compensation, including flexible scheduling and career growth pathways, are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
