Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Glen Burnie, MD. This part-time position offers a pathway to full-time roles while providing essential services to children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
