Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant positions in Freehold, NJ. These part-time roles provide the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working one-on-one with children with autism using ABA strategies and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
