Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Newark, NJ is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants for part-time positions with potential for full-time. Successful candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies and will be supported by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Ability to engage clients actively and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record client progress data using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled meetings and ongoing training.
