Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. The positions are part-time with potential to transition into full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
