Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Chatham, Illinois. These positions include building 1:1 relationships with children who have autism, implementing treatment plans, and monitoring progress under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
