Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians in Chatham, Illinois. These part-time positions provide an opportunity to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand. Candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies and treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's in Psychology or relevant field preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.

• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
