Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Blue Springs, MO. This role includes working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
