Candidates will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, implementing treatment plans under supervision, collecting progress data, and facilitating communication with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Experience in ABA therapy or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
