Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Vidor, Texas. These part-time positions offer flexible scheduling and a pathway to full-time roles as caseloads grow. Ideal candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in a relevant field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and attend training sessions.
