Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Vancouver, WA. These part-time roles have the potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working with children with autism and implementing treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare or education experience

Ability to engage clients effectively

Education

High school diploma
