Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Mount Vernon, WA. The role offers part-time positions with opportunities for full-time work as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
