Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles in Tyler, Texas. Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
