Qualifications

• Should be able to engage clients effectively and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track client progress through PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical teams.
• Attend ongoing supervision and training sessions.
