Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Riverside Township, NJ. These positions begin part-time, with potential for full-time as caseloads grow.

Successful candidates will work closely with children with autism using ABA strategies and implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, medical benefits for 30+ hours, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required for local travel.
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50 lbs, and participate actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress.
• Communicate regularly with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training.
