Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants to work 1:1 with children with autism. This part-time position offers flexibility and the chance to grow into full-time roles.

Successful candidates will engage clients using ABA techniques, implement individualized treatment plans, and track client progress. A high school diploma is required, while experience in ABA therapy is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s in a related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is advantageous.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage actively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training.
