Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants for part-time roles that can transition to full-time. In this position, you will work one-on-one with children with autism using ABA strategies under the guidance of a BCBA, while having the opportunity for flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
