Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Pell City, Alabama. The positions are part-time with potential for full-time based on caseload expansion. Employees will work directly with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
