Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Nokomis, Florida. The positions offer part-time work with potential to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for local travel.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families and teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
