Qualifications

• High school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field being a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
