Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Lake City, Florida. The ideal candidates will work closely with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans under professional supervision, and contributing to measurable improvements in quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and local travel willingness.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for children using ABA methods.
• Implement treatment plans under a BCBA's supervision.
• Collect data on client progress with PBS tools.
• Communicate with families to enhance client success.
• Participate in meetings and ongoing training.

Skills
