Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Henderson, Texas. These part-time roles offer opportunities for full-time growth based on caseload expansion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Ability to physically engage with clients, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Record client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients' families.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.
