Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in New Jersey. Roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with opportunities to enroll in complimentary RBT training and advancement paths.

We provide mentoring, flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, holiday pay, and a clear career growth pathway toward becoming an RBT. Local travel and supportive supervision are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
