Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistants in Elizabethton, TN, with a pathway to advance to full-time positions as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working with children using ABA strategies and implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training.
