Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in 1:1 sessions. Part-time roles offer a clear path to full-time as caseloads grow, with a complimentary RBT training and a quarterly bonus for those meeting weekly hour targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• ABA therapy or childcare experience a plus
• Flexibility for part-time hours

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record progress data using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision and ongoing training.
