Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Blue Island, Illinois. These part-time roles come with the chance to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

The ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Education being a plus. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children using ABA strategies and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism utilizing ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training.
